          The main idea of healthy products diet is taking proteins and carbohydrates in different time. It means proteins (meat, eggs, cheese, cord, nuts) shall not be eaten together with the products, containing a great number of starch, that is, with bread, cereals, porridges, potatoes, etc. Thus, our usual combination of products, for example, bread and cheese, bread and curd, bread and eggs, or potatoes and meat, is not optimal, according to some scientists. It can be explained in the following way: the beginning of proteins and starches digesting is taking place in the opposite zones: for enzymes which split starches this zone must be alkaline, and for enzymes which split protein – acid. That is why the protein containing products should be the first ones to be eaten, and then starches go on in order not to prevent protein splitting.

          It is recommended to take only one type of protein during meals to avoid taking such products as eggs and milk, cheese and nuts, milk and nuts simultaneously. As for fats, they must be taken separately, because protein digesting is slowing which induces the development of rotting processes in intestines. It is not allowed to use sour cream, butter, various oils and cheese, eggs, and meat at the same time. It is desirable to take protein together with a great variety of raw green vegetables.
