          It is known that cold inhibits the secretion of digestive glands. That is why if you like an ice-cream, you have to give up this habit, because it harms your body system. Some scholars have special programs concerning to deserts. They are totally against taking fruit for the desert, because they easily ferment, and besides, provide flatulence of intestines. And as for melon or water-melon, they should be eaten separately from any other products. The fact is that melon is not digested in stomach, but only in intestines. If you take melon with any other products, be sure to have flatulence. For instance, it’s undesirable to drink pineapple juice with meat, and mayonnaise, lemon juice and vinegar as a dressing to salads. Nuts and cheese are the only exception because they are rich in fats and they slow up stomach secretion for a longer time than acids do.

Cake from corns

Mix corn (1 glass), grinded nuts (1 glass), honey (1/2 glass), stirred whites of eggs (4 pieces), butter (50 g), put on oiled pan and bake for 20 minutes. It’s tasty.

Pastry for pies

Stir butter (3 tsp), honey (1tsp) and yolks of eggs 92 pieces), add sour cream (1/2 glass) and mix contents, then add the rest of components – baking soda (1/2 tea sp), flour (1 glass), oats flakes (1 glass) and prepare strong pastry. Intrude very carefully stirred whites of eggs (2 pieces) and mix everything.

Apple pie

Take apples (5-6 pieces), cut then into 4 parts and boil them in water (1 glass). Stir white of egg with honey (1 tsp). Mix prepared apples with honey (1 tsp), raisins (1 glass), put the contents into pastry, season with grinded nuts, pore over with stirred white of egg and bake for 10-15 minutes.
